The Preliminary Task!

For the preliminary task I have been asked to produce the front page of a new school magazine, that must feature photographs of students attending the school to represent it. I must include appropriately laid out text and a masthead. I also need to create a mock up of the contents page of this new school magazine. I will be basing my magazine on St marks school, it will be a guide for the new students attending.

I have taken some pghotographs to help get me started on my magazine. I will be including most of these on my front cover and contents page. Some of the images I have taken are below;

For one of the coverlines on my school magazine I will be putting 'Get to know the teachers' so Ihave taken this photograph of one of the technology teachers in his classroom. I may include this on either the front cover or the contents page.

Again this is another picture of the same teacher in the classroom, this time I have included two students in the picture.

This photograph I will be using on my front cover as the main image. This is because the person photographed is smartly dressed wearing the schools uniform and therefore is representing the school well.
